Poly Board is a rigid plastic sign material that will allow some flex, which is good for a plastic sign because this means that it will resist cracking or breaking. While Polyethylene does expand and contract with the heat and cold of outdoor temperatures, it is best to install them with some “Breathing Room” rather than fasten them tightly.
Art Board, also known as Foam Core is a long time industry standard for interior signage, trade show display, retail signs and art gallery displays or poster board. You will love the ultra light weight rigid features of Art Board. Art Board has two layers, front and back, of an ultra smooth thick card stock paper with a matte finish that surrounds a cellulose plastic foam interior core. You will be amazed how lightweight, yet strong this material is, and installation on nearly any surface is a breeze with only several squares of double sided foam tape.
Art Board or Foam Core signs have an unlimited number of uses and come in one industry standard size of 18”x24” in either Landscape or Portrait orientation. If you need smaller sizes, many customers will print several per sheet and trim them separately themselves.
