FREE SHIPPING DETAILS

Low Cost Signs.com knows how important the bottom dollar cost is when it comes to buying signs online.  This is why we offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $79.00 (restrictions apply)*.

* Free Shipping Restrictions -- Products that do not qualify for free shipping include plywood, alumacore, neon signs, nylon flags, 48 inch and larger corrugated plastic signs, and certain large accessories. The Low Cost Signs free shipping offer is only valid for customers within the contiguous United States.  

PAID SHIPPING COSTS

Orders under $79.00 have a standard flat rate of $9.95 per order.  Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canadian Provinces is available.  Please contact customer service for an estimated cost to these destinations.

STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD

We provide reliable and professional standard ground shipping on all orders through UPS or FedEx (at our discretion).  We do not ship to PO Boxes.  We do not offer Expedited Shipping at this time.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Standard ground shipping on average takes 4-6 business days. Depending on your order details or special circumstances, shipping can sometimes take longer. We recommend planning ahead and placing your order well before the date you need the signs, in order to ensure that you receive your products in time.

ESTIMATED PRODUCTION TIMES

Standard Production times vary from as little as 3-4 business days to 8-12 business days on large orders, some orders can take longer.  Rest assured, it is our goal to produce your signs in the quickest manner possible.   We do recommend planning ahead and placing your order well before the date you need the signs, in order to ensure that you receive your products in time.  We do not offer Expedited Production at this time.

COLOR PRINTING NOTICE

We do not do color matching.  However, you may find our Pantone RGB Conversion Table helpful, for detailed instructions on color management, please see our FAQ section of our site. Please be advised, due to color calibration differences between differing computer monitors and printing equipment the colors depicted in the proof may not match the final printed media, although every effort has been made to attain correct colors, there is no guarantee the colors will be identical to other printed or visual media.

Low Cost Signs Design Templates are created by our staff and are copyright protected and property of Econo Sign of America, LLC.  Regardless of how these files are modified in our online design software, these files remain the property of our company.  These design files and or images may not be used as your company logo for any other purposes other than printed media provided for sale through our company and this website.  No files will be provided to you or anyone regarding these designs.  Files and artwork that you upload and submit, you agree you have sole rights, discretion, authorization and legal use of copyright, trademark and or patent authority for the reproduction of printed visual media.

IMPORTING CUSTOM PRINT READY FILES

In the event that you already have your own artwork that is print ready, we only accept files that are “Imported” into our Template Editor.  You are responsible to maintain file integrity within our software, we are not responsible for any file errors or inconsistencies in the final printed product.  For detailed instructions on preparing and importing your custom files, please refer to the FAQ section of our site.

DESIGN PROOFING

While our goal is to provide error free printed products, we reserve the right to make minor corrections if our staff notices obvious mistakes without contacting you for your approval.  We do not provide design proof for these corrections.  Please keep in mind, it is Your Responsibility to ensure that your design is completely error free, this includes spelling, typos, content, image quality, colors, margins, bleeds, traps, gradients or other graphical content etc.  

USER ENTRY SHOPPING CART ERRORS

“Get What You Pay For”  Policy

Every effort has been taken to aid the customer to understand the intricacies of sign making with our site design and shopping cart options (please click the Quick Help in this section for more details).  If there are any inconsistencies between the design submitted and the options you have chosen during checkout  It is our policy of “Get What You Pay For” product correction.  In the event that an error by the user/customer was made during the shopping cart “Choose Options & Checkout”.  For example: If you are purchasing 100 each of 1 Color 18”x24”  Single Sided, Corrugated Plastic signs, and your design has more than 1 color, then you will “Get What You Pay For”, in this example case, lets say your sign actually has 8 colors, not 1 Color, you would receive the maximum quantity of 8 color signs, which would obviously be less than the quantity 100 each.  This “Get What You Pay For” policy ensures that you get the appropriate amount of signs for the dollar value that you have paid.   

“Size Proportion” Policy

All Design Templates are encrypted with a size proportion for height and width.  In the event that an error by the user/customer was made during the shopping cart “Choose Options & Checkout” and you choose the wrong size in the menu that does not match your sign template proportion, it is our “Size Proportion” policy that your signs will be printed in the size that you have chosen in the checkout process.  For Example, if you have chosen a Design Template in the 18” Tall by 24” Wide proportion and in the “Choose Options & Checkout” you have chosen a 18”x30” size, your design will be stretched to fit the 18”x30” size.  This may cause some distortion of your original design.  Another example, if you have selected and paid for a 6”x24” size, your design would be very distorted, so please be careful to choose the appropriate sizes accordingly!
